Wickbourne Mortgage Advice is a trading name of Wickbourne Advisers Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales at 14 Cardwell Row, Sheffield S3 8QN.

Scope of advice

We advise on and arrange regulated residential mortgages and, separately, buy-to-let mortgages. We are a whole-of-market broker for the lenders whose panels we sit on; no broker has access to every product in the market, and we will tell you which lenders we cannot reach for you.

How we are paid

A £395 advice fee, payable by you on completion, and a procuration fee paid to us by the lender, disclosed in writing before you apply. Full detail on the fees page.

Complaints

Write to the office address above or email [email protected]. We acknowledge within three working days and respond in full within eight weeks. If you are not satisfied you may refer the complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service at no cost.
